Description
SK 97 64 WADDINGTON MALTKILN LANE 3/42 Maltkiln House and Railings II House. C18 with C19 additions. Coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Pantile ridge roof. Three red brick stacks, 2 over brick coped gables. Three bay. Two-storey. Below, door to north of 4-fielded panels, with ashlar lintel and keystone. Small sliding casement to north again with wooden lintel. To south 2, C19 wooden, splayed bay windows, with pilasters and entablature. Above 3 sashes with ashlar lintels and keystones. Single storey, rear extension to north, gable-ended with moulded coping and kneelers, one fine sash window with moulded surround topped by entablature. C19 railings. Listing NGR: SK9754264026
