Description

TF 1209-1309 13/169 MARKET DEEPING MARKET PLACE (north side) No 23 (Formerly listed as Midland Bank, previously listed as Blue Bird Cafe) 30.10.68 G.V. II Former house, later bank. c.1730, altered C20. Ashlar, concrete plain tiled roof and two ashlar gable stacks. Two storey plus attics, four bay front, with plinth, platt band, first floor cill band, modillion and dentillated eaves cornice. C20 panelled door with to right single and to right three fixed C20 lights. To first floor are four plain sashes with moulded stone architraves and raised stepped keyblocks. In the roof are two gabled dormers with two light casements and rendered cheeks. Listing NGR: TF1392409960
