Description
UPGATE 1. 1348 (West Side) No 8 TF 38 NW 1/27 2.11.54. II GV 2. C18 brick house. 3 storeys and semi-basement. Pantile roof. 5 windows, 2-1-2, semi-circular-headed window in centre of 2nd floor and a modified Venetian window in centre of 1st floor (no architrave, side lights blind). Central windows with fancy C18 glazing in hexagons. The other windows of 1st and 2nd floors are hung sashes in wide wood cases, plain reveals with segmental-arched head, some original glazing bars. 2 late C18 3-light bays on ground floor, hung sashes with glazing bars and plain pilasters. String- courses between the storeys. Entrance approached by a flight of 7 steps with iron handrails, wooden doorcase, deep reveals, panelled door under blocked rectangular fanlight. Basement window below bay to right. Nos 6 to 12 (even) from a group. Listing NGR: TF3267387352
