Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording conducted during the groundworks for a new bungalow at Chequers Chase, Park Road, Holbeach. An undated pit and posthole were encountered beneath a sequence of post-Medieval features including possible ponds or quarries and levelling deposits.
