Description

The archive an archaeological evaluation consisting of a single trench that was undertaken at Greetwell Bungalows, Greetwell Road, Lincoln. The work was undertaken prior to a proposed parking area. The works revealed a feature that was interpretated as medieval furrow base, truncated by a post-medieval/modern field drain, though CBM fragments of possible Roman date were found. No significant deposits, finds or features were uncovered.
