Abstract/Summary

The archive on a program of archaeological excavation, consisting of five trenches, that was undertaken on land off Riby Road, Keelby, prior to a proposed residential development. The work followed a geophysical survey [ELI14651] that was undertaken in September 2024, and the evaluation trenches were aligned to uncovered potetial pit alignment idnetified during geophysics. A single ditch, oriented northeast to southwest, was uncovered in the westernmost trench. No finds were recovered from this feature and thus it was not dated. No further archaeological features, deposits or finds were exposed.
