Abstract/Summary

Archive for a programme of archaeological evaluation comprising three trial trenches excavated on land at The White House, 27 High Street, Newton on Trent, to inform a proposed residential development. An alignment of five postholes and a probable boundary ditch were encountered. The remains of east-west aligned ridge and furrow were also noted to the east of the site.
