Archive for a historic building survey undertaken at the Old Rectory, Sturton Road, Saxilby, prior to its demolition and replacement with new residential dwellings. Dating to the mid 19th century, the building underwent significant alteration in the mid-late 20th century. It consisted of an original central south wing, with east and west wing additions. The construction of the west wing may have reused fabric from the garage/stable outbuilding it replaced.
