Archive for the excavation of seventeen trial trenches, dug to inform the proposed expansion of a holiday park on land at Watermill Farm, Station Road, Moortown. A small number of probable late post-medieval drainage ditches and natural tree-throw pits were noted, but no archaeologically significant features were encountered. A single redeposited Mesolithic bladelet was the only find of significance.
