Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during the excavation of a single geotechnical borehole, dug on land to the north of Hawthorn Road, to inform the construction of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass. The borehole was dug within an area truncated by 20th century housing development, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered.
