Report on the excavation of three trial trenches, dug to inform proposed residential development on land at 21 Broadgate, Deeping St James. The remains of a single, large post-medieval pit was the only archaeological feature of significance encountered. Two sherds of 18th to 19th century pottery were recovered from the pit's fill.
