Abstract/Summary
Annotated aerial image of a Second World War anti-aircraft battery at Sea View, Saltfleetby. The site is believed to have been converted towards the end of the war to target V-1 flying bombs, as part of Operation Diver.

The image is a composite of Google Maps aerial imagery, and an aerial photograph dating to 1947, with annotations by Chris Sanderson. Chris is an ex-military serviceman and Natural England volunteer.
