Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for a new bungalow and rear garage on land to the rear of Redfearn House, High Street, North Kelsey. Part of a pit and an east to west aligned gully were recorded, but no dating material was present, and the origins of the features remain unknown. No other features of archaeological significance were found.
