Report on a detailed gradiometer survey, conducted to inform proposed residential development on land off Malting Lane, Donington. Strong magnetic anomalies, clearly relating to modern activity and disturbance, obscured large parts of the site. A small number of discrete magnetic anomalies were identified, however, possibly representing the remains of a former ditch and several pits of unknown date.
