Report on a programme of historic building recording, conducted prior to proposed renovation works and the change of use to residential of the Black Swan, at 24 and 30 High Street, Donington. The building is a former public house, thought to have been constructed in the late 18th century, though with at least 4 distinct episodes of alterations and extensions.
