Abstract/Summary

Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the undergrounding of overhead power lines at the site of St Mary's Priory, Greenfield. Two likely post-medieval ditches were identified, along with the remains of a 19th century brick wall to the south of Priory House. No significant medieval activity was identified, although two redeposited sherds of medieval pottery were recovered.
