Archive for the excavation of 12 trial trenches, dug to inform the proposed restoration of a path around the Icehouse Pond at Gunby Hall. The remains of the earlier chalk path around the pond were revealed, along with the fragmentary remains of a brick wall, possibly indicating the location of the former icehouse.
