Report on a fluxgate gradiometer survey conducted to inform proposed residential development on land at Church Road, Old Leake. The survey recorded a complex series of intercutting ditch-like and pit-like features, and likely indicates occupation of this site for a prolonged period. Subsequent trial trenching conducted on this site confirmed the prolonged span of occupation, dating from the Anglo-Saxon to post-medieval periods (see ELI4847).
