Archive for the watching brief, undertaken during the groundworks phase of development at Brookfield House, Church Lane, Welton. Although no discrete features were identified during the works, a sequence of archaeological deposits were recorded, including two buried ploughsoil horizons of likely medieval and post-medieval dates.
