Abstract/Summary
Archive for a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording conducted on groundworks for a new indoor swimming pool at The Giles School, Church Road, Old Leake. Six ditches and two pits, one containing a late 12th to 14th century pot sherd, were encountered. The ditches were interpreted as an Early Medieval or Medieval field system.
