Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for residential development on land to the rear of 111 High Street, Scotter. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered, although an assemblage of redeposited artefacts was recovered. This assemblage was largely comprised of post-medieval pottery, brick and clay pipe, but also included two sherds of medieval pottery.
