Archive for a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording carried out during groundworks associated with a pair of new semi-detached houses. A single isolated Medieval pit was the only feature observed, and the only finds were three sherds of late 13th to 14th century pottery. A recent brick lined well was also recorded.
