Three letters about the stone and bronze axes kept at the school; one from T.H. McK. Clough of rutland County Museum to Andrew White of the City and County Museum, dated 19th December 1977 and two to Miss Brookes, the Headmistress of the school, from Andrew White dated 9th January and 31st January 1978
