Full Description

Five sherds of abraded early Roman pottery were recovered in May 2011, during systematic field walking along selected parts of the proposed Covenham Water Treatment Works to Boston Transfer pipeline. The assemblage included a base sherd from a Sandy Grey ware vessel and a rim piece from a Beaded Rim bowl. {1}{2}
