Full Description
A Roman coin of Constantine II was found on the lane at the back of St Giles Avenue, Sleaford near the junction of Boston Road in 2002. The obverse inscription reads: CONSTANTINVS IVN.NOB.C, Laur. and cuir. bust, looking left. The reverse of the coin reads: BEATA TRANQVILLITAS. Altar inscribed VOTIS XX. The coin was minted in Trier (PTR). {1}
