Full Description
The remains of medieval ridge and furrow was identified by the National Mapping Programme, to the east of Grasby. The remains were visible on aerial photography as a series of parallel linear earthworks, aligned on a roughly south-west to north-east axis. {1}
Traces of the ridge and furrow could still be seen in 2014, when faint linear earthworks were identified in the field immediately to the east of the properties on Front Street. {2}
