Full Description

South Witham's Home Mission Chapel, a Congregational chapel, is dated 1843. It is marked on the OS map of 1958, but not that of 1978, suggesting that it fell out of use in this period. After closure it was converted into a house. The building is of stone and has a gabled roof. It has long -and-short quoining and a raised gable with stone coping, pinnacles and a finial. The windows are flat-headed with stone lintels with decorative keystone carvings. {1}{2}{3}
