Full Description

Caythorpe's Wesleyan Methodist chapel opened c.1850 and closed in 1982. It was subsequently converted into a shop. The building is of stone and has a gabled roof. It has pointed segmental window arches with yellow brick jambs, and decorative brick buttresses. This building is thought to have replaced an earlier chapel of 1824, though the exact location of the former chapel is unknown (see PRN 39358). {1}{2}{3}{4}
