Full Description

New York Methodist Church, a Wesleyan Methodist chapel, was built in 1842, and rebuilt on the same site in 1872 to designs by Bellamy and Hardy of Lincoln. The chapel closed in 2004 and has subsequently been coverted into a house. The building is of red brick and has a gabled roof. It has yellow brick window arches with stone hood mouldings, and large stone keystones on windows to frontage. There is a yellow brick dentil course under the windows and a string course. It has a raised gable with stone coping and decorative yellow brickwork. The porch is a later addition. {1}{2}{3}{4}
