Full Description

South Somercotes United Methodist Free chapel was built in 1872 to seat 140. A schoolroom was added in 1882. The chapel closed in 1990 and was subsequently converted into a house, 'Heavenly Heights'. The building is of red brick and has a gabled roof. It has yellow brick dressings, including pilasters to the sides of the frontage, string courses and a rhombus design on the gable. It has pointed-arched windows with yellow rubbed brick dressings. {1}{2}{3}{4}
