Full Description

Saleby Wesleyan Methodist chapel was built in 1855 to seat 100. Prior to this the society, which had been active since 1776, met in a house. A schoolroom was added in 1914. The chapel closed in 1984. The building currently stands empty. The building is of yellow brick and has a gabled roof. The building is in a state of some disrepair, and there is little in the way of decoration other than some stained glass and crenallations on the roof of the porch. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}
