Full Description

A chapel was built in 1836 on Ranters Row (now Mount Pleasant). It is a small building of red brick with a hipped roof and dentillated eaves. The chapel closed in 1879 when a new chapel opened in Market Place. The building was subsequently sold and converted into a warehouse. The building has been significantly altered with the addition of a large garage-style door. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}
