Full Description

A Wesleyan Methodist chapel was first built on this site in Belchford in 1811. In 1872 it was rebuilt on the same site. The chapel closed in 1991 and was subsequently converted into a house. The building is of red brick and has a gabled roof. It has a raised gable with stepped stone decoration, stone coping, pinnacles and a finial. There are stone hood mouldings above the windows and door, and decorative buttresses. The raised gable and buttresses are of tumbled yellow brick. {1}{2}{3}
