Full Description
Former Wesleyan Methodist chapel, built in 1832 to seat 136 people. It is of red brick with a pantile roof and detillated eaves. It has a broad three-bay front with segmental arched openings. The pews were originally stepped up to the left of the central entrance, though these were later replaced. The chapel was closed sometime after 1997 and seems to have been used for residential purposes after this. Alterations to the structure were being undertaken in 2013. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}
The building appears to have been converted to use as a private garage, with the original windows now blocked, and a small extension added to the north-western gable to provide a roller-door entrance for cars. {7}
