Full Description
Remnants of a probable post-medieval dyling field system were uncovered during an evaluation at Spalding Primary School, Woolram Wygate. 4 trial trenches were excavated, revealing three parallel ditches. Fragments of 19th century glass and pottery were recovered, though the system may potentially have earlier, possibly medieval origins. Two undated fragments of brick or tile were also recovered. {1}{2}
