Full Description

A photographic survey was undertaken by the current owner of Bridge Farm, Snarford Road, Wickenby in March 2013 prior to the farm being converted for residential use. The farmhouse and granary were the first stage of building. A separate stable and animal pens attached to the granary were built after this. An extension to the stable was the third stage of building and finally the garage was built. The farm is in existence on a map dating from 1887 and therefore predates this map. {1} Bridge Farm, Wickenby. Extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
