Full Description
Possible medieval moat earthwork identified by the National Mapping Programme from aerial photographs.{1}
The feature appears to respect the orientation of Main Street to the west, and appears to be related to the ridge and furrow earthworks to the east (PRN48649). The feature has been truncated by a former railway line. The earthworks were visible on Google maps aerial photographs in January 2013. {2}
