Full Description
Interpretation of aerial photographs was undertaken in December 2011 in order to determine the best possible location for a wind farm substation. Aerial photograph site 1 was recorded as an enclosure and ditches at Hunger Hill. The photographs show a rectilinear ditched enclosure and another possible enclosure. They appear to be overlain by medieval ridge and furrow, suggesting that they are earlier in date. {1}
