Full Description

A blade and two flakes are recorded at TF 097 713 at 'Short Ferry' Fiskerton in the Colonisation of Britain Project. They are in the Lincoln Museum. The flints are not precisely dated and therefore may date from the Upper Palaeolithic or Mesolithic periods. [Although the flints are recorded to be from Fiskerton, the grid reference is actually in Branston and Mere parish. The findspot has been moved into the parish of Fiskerton]. {1}
