Full Description

The building is an example of the Arts and Crafts design style of the early twentieth century. It was probably built within a few years of 1905 and was originally a two storey residential dwelling set to the centre of a large plot of land with grounds that incorporate large gardens. Access to the property is along a private tree-lined driveway. The exterior of the building has been periodically added to but the original form of the building can still be seen as the central hipped block with the southern projecting bay. Some original internal fixtures and fittings survived at the time of the survey. {1}{2}
