Full Description
Fieldwalking and metal detecting was undertaken by Archaeological Project Services along the route of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass in November 2008. A small quantiity of post medieval pottery and ceramic building material was found at this site along with a metal find an iron smithing slag. Signals of ferrous material were revealed during the metal detecting. {1}{2}
