PRN 39123 [Note - this is listed in the source as 12 All Saints' Street, however there are two no. 12s shown on the map - this, which appears to be 12 St Peter's Hill, best matches the description.] This house dates to the late 19th century and is in a Tudor style with a narrow, excessively tall front with a bay window through four storeys. The upper storeys were added later. {1}
