Full Description

PRN 25687 The former Primitive Methodist chapel was erected in 1904 close to the presumed site of the medieval St Bothi's Chapel. It closed in 1968 as the population dwindled and was empty for several years. It was later sold and converted to a private residence. It is thickly rendered and largely obscured from the road by vegetation. It has a gabled roof with a pantile covering and overhanging eaves with wooden verge boards. The eastern gable elevation has a large pointed window of four lights with leaded stained glass and dragon's head stops. The gable has a finial at the apex and a turret behind. The north elevation has three bays. The western two bays have pointed windows and glazing bars. The easternmost bay has a gabled porch, with a pointed doorway and paired panelled doors which has a divided light above. There are several foundation stones.{1}{2}
