Full Description
During monitoring of the excavation of the footings for an extension to Stickford House by Archaeological Project Services in August 2009, two linear features, possibly ditches, were revealed. One of the features contained late 18th to late 19th century pottery. Elsewhere on the site, nine fragments of post medieval pottery and three fragments of late 18th to 19th century glass were found. {1}{2}
