Full Description

PRN 25643 This two storey brick building with slate roof probably dates to the Victorian period. It has been heavily modified and has a large structural failure and large areas of water damage. No original features were identified during a building survey prior to demolition, however the survey was limited by the structural damage to the building which limited access. {1} This building is not considered to be of Local Heritage Interest and makes a neutral contribution to the Conservation Area. {2} The building has now been demolished. {3}
