Full Description

Within the boatyard owned by the Lovelace family, are located on the eastern side of the River Witham, are two of their former fishing vessels, the 'Ada Brown' and the 'Iris'. These were purpose built mussel and cockle trading clinker boats. Both are no longer in use and are decaying. {1}
