Full Description

Field observation was undertaken by a staff member of Lincolnshire County Council Historic Environment Team during ditch clearing near Dowse Farm, Holbeach, in December 2009. A small, discrete feature was found which contained briquetage and burnt stones most likely to date from the Roman period. {1}
