Full Description

PRN 71049 An undated ditch was located during a trial trench evaluation at Fort Barnes, Rookery Lane. The feature was aligned northeast to southwest, measuring 0.65m wide by 0.15m deep. It was sealed by a thick layer of material described as subsoil, which was in turn cut by an irregularly shaped feature interpreted as a probable palaeochannel. {1}{2}
