A Wesleyan Methodist place of worship, described as a Private House, is recorded in 1851. A chapel was built in 1886 and survives as a house (PRN 62536). Prior to the building of that chapel the society is reported to have met in a barn. A photograph of the thatched barn survives.{1}{2}{3}{4}
