Full Description

A Temperance Hall in Navenby, erected in 1852, was used as a place of worship by the Wesleyan Reformers. A Temperance Hall is indicated on the 1905 OS County Series map and is still indicated on the 1956 OS 6 inch map. The site was visited in 2009. The Temperance Hall no longer survives and the site is now occupied by the drive and garden of a modern bungalow though an ashlar tablet inscribed 'Temperance Hall 1852' survives reset in a garden wall.{1}{2}{3}
